Role: Business/Data analyst
Pay Rate: 100% Remote
Duration: 11+ Months

Job Description:
 

• Support multiple initiatives , platform consolidation support,
• Skill sets to support coordination on platform initiatives
• Gather metrics from different parts of the organization – follow up and communicate while handling interactions
• Report consolidation and Validation of metrics
• Flexibility to move around work as the BA/PM will be moving to support from 1 state to another.
• Driven to get results on a timely manner and bringing teams together and holding internal meetings
• Strong Microsoft skills  - PPT and Excel
• LOBs supported – all (Medicare, ACA, Medicaid and Commercial)
• 85% Analytical and 15% PM
• Membership knowledge – good to have but not preferred
• Build trend analysis on medium and large data sets
• Support platform stabilization teams by following up, strong analytical skills
• SQL capabilities and knowledge – system to system dashboard. Familiar with data pull.
• On operational side able to analyze and source and build data dashboards
