Senior Functional consultant with EEM Module experience
The candidates should know ALL of the following with hands on experience -
SAP HR Payroll
Wage type configuration - knowledge of taxation, benefits accumulators etc. and how those work is critical
Time Management - HR Work Schedules in US are very complex and the person must be very comfortable with all the rules/ schemas of Time Management
The person should have a lot of general IT/ ABAP capability. This skill is very critical for all support work.
