Responsibilities:

Conduct work package planning and preparation
Conduct high-level solution design activities
Conduct high-level design review and work package kickoffs
Perform baseline configuration and confirmation
Plan and conduct system and integration testing (SIT)
Plan and conduct regression testing
Detailed conversion validation / tracking
Validate role to position mapping
Conduct data management activities
Plan and conduct stress and volume testing
Plan and conduct regression testing
Conduct cutover and provide production support
