Job Description
•           Knowledge of US Healthcare and basic insurance terminologies. Preferable experience in Medicare Customer Service
•           Answering inbound calls and make Outbound calls related to Policy benefits, eligibility, claim status, check status etc and meets process targets assigned from time to time.
Basic Computer Skills, Excellent communication skills and comprehension skills
•           Willingness to work in shifts between 8am - 8pm (shift differential will be provided)
•           To maintain Quality as per process requirement
•           To achieve assigned production targets on regular basis
•           Display high levels of professionalism in the work delivered and overall conduct
•           To maintain confidentiality of work done while in office or WFH environment
•           Regular attendance is mandatory     
•           Must have a minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume inbound Call Center environment with strong customer service skills
•           Must be computer literate and able to multi-task – i.e. document call experience while using the Quality Program.
•           Typing 35/wpm required
•           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•           Must have High school Diploma or GED

Required Skills         
•           Responsible for inbound and Outbound phone inquiries primarily dealing with either:
•           Member benefits and eligibility related to the HMO, EPO/PPO, Medicare and Medicaid, CHP and
•           Resolve issues with respect to benefits and eligibility by researching documentation, system information or gaining knowledge from other employees, management or departments.
•           Interact with customers, document call specifics and demonstrate quality program behaviors to create an outstanding relationship with each caller.
•           Work with outside vendors as needed to answer questions or resolve issues.
•           Respond to member correspondence/email in writing utilizing an existing system to effectively respond to members.
•           Conduct orientation through welcome calls to new members by providing an overview of the Information and pertaining administrative policy.
•           To maintain Quality as per the SLA
•           To maintain Productivity as per the SLA
•           Continuously meet and exceed the assigned Targets
•           Performance should be maintained in accordance with the process performance parameters
•           To maintain confidentiality of work done
•           To follow all regulatory requirements and procedures as per the company policy
•           Display high levels of professionalism in the work delivered and overall conduct
•           To maintain confidentiality of work done while in office or WFH environment

Training:
o          Length:  8 Weeks, 2 Weeks in sandbox
o          Candidates cannot miss any training days
•           Additional Information:           
o          Candidates must be flexible to work a rotating shift schedule between the hours of 8AM-8PM, Monday-Sunday   
•           Shift differentials will be provided for evening/weekend hours
