•      2-3 years of experience in leading a team as a Project Manager
•      Strong communication skills
•      Good Presentation skills
•      Experience in handling a fixed price project in the past from start to Go Live
•      Able to understand various technologies conceptually (need not have hands on experience)
•      Good in organizing, tracking and follow ups
•      Have an understanding on SDLC processes
•      Identify risks at the early stage and provide mitigation

•      7-8 years experience in IT and 2-3 years in the Project Manager role
•      Hands on experience on Microsoft Project Plan
•      A Team Player with excellent communication, analytical, verbal and writing skills.
•      Preferably PMP Certified
