Job Title: Call Center Agent
Duration: 11+ Months
Location: 100% remote
Rate: $17.50/hr on w2



Job Description

Work schedule: Monday – Friday. Two shift times are available.  9am- 6pm and 10am to 7pm Eastern (preferred shift).  
Your team
You’ll be working in the Service Group Client Services.
We provide support to the Firm's Financial Advisors and assistants and external clients.
As a customer service representative, you’ll play an important role in providing excellent service to our internal clients, the branches and external clients.


Your expertise
  • Call center experience is desired
  • Answer inbound calls from our internal clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Citrix, Good for enterprise, or Active Directory is a plus
  • Have basic computer troubleshooting skills.
  • Windows 7 navigation skills
  • Basic understanding of computer networking
  • Monitor, speaker, mice and keyboard troubleshooting, ETC.
  • Know how to use remote access tools to assist clients
  • Outlook and Microsoft office troubleshooting skills
