1.       The person should have a sound technical knowledge about Sales, Service clouds and Knowledge Management.
2.       Should have hands on development experience with 2-3 implementations in SFDC.
3.       Should be able to review SFDC code and lead and suggest standard improvements.
4.       Should have very good communication skills.
