We are looking for a resource that has HR and SRM experience. Please see the following requirement:
The candidate should have at least 5+ years of HR ABAP experience. The candidate should have worked on PA, Benefits, PD, Time and Payroll modules of HR. Experience in ESS/MSS is not necessary but nice to have. The candidate must have experience in writing interfaces and reports. Specifically, the candidate must have experience in writing Benefit interfaces. The candidate should have experience in enhancements like infotype extension, custom infotype development, BADIs and user-exits. The candidate will also have to provide on-call support for HR technical issues and batch jobs. Good communication skills and ability to manage user expectations is required.
The candidate should have 3+ years of SRM experience, preferably in SRM 5.5 utilizing the Extended Classic Scenario. In addition, he/she should possess at least basic knowledge of the relevant processes and master data in ECC. The candidate needs to be very experienced in the development and maintenance of complex enhancements.
