Title : Sr. SalesForce Developer

Location – San Rafael, CA

Must Have Skills:

3-4 Years of work experience in Salesforce on development.
Excellent knowledge on Apex Coding, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Workflows, Approval Process, Profiles and Roles Concepts, Force.com IDE, Data Loader and JavaScript.
Proficient in programming languages relevant to job; includes general knowledge of language syntax and coding techniques (SOQL, Apex, HTML)
Familiar with Entitlement Management
Experience with Salesforce integration and Data Migration

Desired Skills:

Salesforce 401 Certification
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent understanding of relational database concepts
Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions; to code, test, and debug code
Basic understanding of TIBCO or other middleware.

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

Creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validation, and system triggers
Apex classes/Trigger development
Visualforce/s-control development
Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, consistently producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines
Provide problem root cause analysis to resolve complex system problems
Requirement collection, solutions design; Technical Design, Development and limited Post go live support.
