Job summary

• Windows Desktop Administrator and having hardware knowledge
• Candidate would be expected to understand Windows Server administration
• Help to complete build-out of labs that are incomplete
• Re-image servers (For example with Server 2012 OS to test the 2012 to 2019 upgrade process
• Register setup for testing new registers
• Connect a new printer for testing. Only the physical unbox and plug in.
• Update documentation so that it accurately reflects the state of the labs Move tables

Required Skills

• Windows Server Admin/POSReady 7/10/11 etc.
• HPEiLO tools
• Networking & Hardware skills

Shift: Day 9AM TO 7PM EST

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing all POS hardware and QA Lab environments for POS systems
• Should deploy latest OS image in servers, POS terminals
• Should deploy application software in servers, POS terminals
• Trouble shoot any issues occurs in POS terminal, server
• Well versed with Store system - Servers, Registers & Pin Pad set up
• Well versed with SCCM, Remote link , VHQ Software
• System and software installation skill
• Assist with coordination of testing, equipment ordering and setup, Management of Change  activities, Compliance, and safety requirements
• Analytic and Troubleshooting acumen (network, hardware, and software
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organization skill
• Good teamwork and “One Team” behavior attribute
• Strong Communication skills- can effectively communication technical language
• System and software installation skill
• Years of Experience:5-7 Years of Experience
