The Compensation Analyst is responsible for maintaining, supporting and improving the Compensation systems, policies and procedures within the Human Resources organization. This role will serve as a subject matter expert who will partner with members of the Compensation Center of Excellence and HR Operations team(s) to assist with troubleshooting system issues and provide guidance to users, as required. The Compensation Analyst will also participate and contribute to the People Modernization initiative occurring across the HR organization through multiple implementations and overall continuous process improvement. This is inclusive of helping to develop solutions, streamline processes and drive system efficiencies. This will also require active participation in annual compensation process, support ongoing compensation needs and requests from partners and leadership and perform project analysis.

What You’ll Do
  • Research and resolve day-to-day Compensation System issues
  • Maintain Compensation plans and evaluate relationships between systems, plans, eligibility rules, business processes and integrations
  • Participate in Compensation Audits and Reports and analyze results with proposed solutions and  course correction
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in the assessment of changes for impact to the business, other  system values and integrations                                                               
  • Participate in active modernization implementations through providing detail on current state processes, gathering requirements, proposing solutions for improvement and utilizing critical thinking to address any potential risks and how to mitigate them
  • Provide general support to Talent Operations Team
  • Help address inquiries regarding organization Compensation policies and procedures
  • Create tools and templates, streamline responsibilities and drive for change or better auditing processes whenever possible
  • Help manage the onboarding and departure process for all partners joining or leaving the organization, including communication to internal teams, reconciliations tracking of agreements and projects
  • Review and supervise process for verifying employment letters and assisting in the digitization of the process
  •  Execute period mailings/communications to internal teams, local office administrators and leadership

Experience You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years relevant work experience
  • Ability to participate in multiple, large, time-sensitive projects
  • Workday Compensation customer-side implementation experience, with exposure to all areas of  compensation and their related business processes strongly desired
Skills Required
  • Strong oral and written communications with excelling teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with constant deadlines with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze/synthesize data, understand trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for actions
  • Working knowledge of Workday and cloud technologies
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work comfortably with MS-Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Project, etc.)
