- Installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of ongoing usability of desktop, computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines
- Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software
- Recommends and / or performs upgrades on systems to ensure longevity

SERVICE DESK LEAD 2.Job summary
  • Responsible for computer hardware builds and maintaining inventory for Windows laptops
  • Support end users for Deskside L2 level issues.
  • Deep knowledge on remote support and troubleshooting.
  • Image and ship Laptops/Tablets/Macbooks to end users. 
  •  Hands on experience in Windows 10/Mac Operating system is a must.
  •  Deep knowledge on SCCM to image machines and push software.
  •  Communicate directly with customers via phone, e-mail, and remote diagnostics to identify, reproduce and resolve 3.Experience 5to7yrs 4.Required Skills Technical Skills- ,Service Desk,Service Desk App Support Domain Skills- 5.Nice to have skills Technical Skills- Domain Skills- 6.Technology DWP Support Services 7.Shift Day 8AM - 5PM BST 8.Roles & Responsibilities "
