Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Social Media support experience
  • Schedule flexibility to accept a rotating shift in a 24/7 environment. 
  • 2+ years experience in training role, working closely with all departments to prioritize efforts while providing timely and high quality services
  • Experience handling customers within service/technical fields within social media environment, either in a B2C and/or B2B environment 
Skills Required:
  • Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills 
  • Experience with instructional design and project coordination 
  • Analytical ability, people management 
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes in workflows 
  • Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem solving 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking and prioritization 
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • Project management experience to include an understanding of business process improvement methods 
  • Understanding of departmental policies and procedures 
  • Conduct evaluations and coaching sessions weekly, focusing on product or communication misses 
  • Monitor and track agent performance in KPIs linked to and driven by knowledge or communication skills on a weekly and monthly basis to measure improvement and identify further coaching needs 
  • Conduct training needs analysis and prepare monthly refresher training on critical communication pieces 
  • Create training reports, monthly product knowledge tests and other relevant ad hoc as needed 
  • Design and develop training materials and curricula; Assess the impact of training materials on performance 
  • Liaise with operations, quality, and clients and encourage on-the-job coaching 
  • Other related duties assigned as needed
