Job Title – Technical Recruiter
Contract Type: W2
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hr on W2
Mode of interview: WebEx/Phone
Location: 100% remote
Hours: PST (You must be willing to work as per pacific time zone)
· Develop recruiting strategies for technical requirements to meet staffing needs for client’s digital practice
· Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.
· Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, practice leadership, and cross-functional teams.
· 7-8 yrs. hands on experience in recruiting to find diversified talent.
· Bachelor’s degree
· Knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce preferred
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
