Job Description

  • Maintaining all provider and subsequent practitioner profiles to ensure all data is accurate and complete
Skill sets needed
  • Basic computer knowledge Outlook, Internet Explorer, Excel, Typing, 10 Key
  • Data entry
  • Medical terminology/acronyms’
  • Ability to read, comprehend and respond to requests in order to complete a multitude of tasks
  • Navigate 5 to 6 systems to find, process and close requests
What our role includes
  • Adding and updating addresses for practitioners and providers based on lines of businesses and address types
  • Terminating addresses and/or provider/practitioners from groups, locations or LOB’s
  • Updating phone/fax numbers, office hours, names, genders, degrees, specialties, licensing and more
  • Analyzing data to determine what type of request is needed and what type of supporting documentation is needed
