Job Description:
  • The Project Administrator is responsible to support the successful delivery of project scope, time, and budget for small projects.
  • Deliver using waterfall and / or agile delivery methods.
  • Adhere to and deliver the agreed scope to the aligned budget and timeline.
  • Work closely with the Portfolio lead,  Scrum Master and delivery team.
  • Responsible delivery and sign off of user stories / requirements, ensuring priorities are aligned to delivery plan, and all functional requirements are organized and documented.
  • Provide clear status and manages risk mitigation.
  • Basic understanding of Project Management Processes
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Project Management/Business Analysis
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Willingness to work in highly visible role
  • Pro-active approach to solving problems
