As a call center representative for a healthcare client  you  will be required to accesses company and client systems and  generate revenue for the company by making payment arrangements; collecting accounts; monitoring and pursuing delinquent accounts
  • Must be a self-starter detail oriented
  • Excellent Computer skills & accurate data entry
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Keep accurate records,
  • Follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
  • Understanding of HIPAA laws not mandatory 
  • Experience/Knowledge of Affordable Care Act not mandatory
