Role Sr. Project Coordinator
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills The role of a Sr. Project Coordinator is to act as a resource supporting multiple projects led by PMs in the IT Project Delivery & Testing Organization (PDO). In this role, PCA assists the PDO PMs to provide accurate tracking, reporting and communication.  Enables the PDO PMs to manage budget, funding, scope, communication and resources to deliver products that achieve business value for Delta. 
Prior Experience using HP PPM  (Or atleast clarity)
Financial reporting
Roles and responsibility § Assist Program Manager/Project Manager in the following areas
– Analyze budget, resource and spend / identify trends
– Coordinate project plans at program Level; consolidate plans to program level
– HP-PPM (Project Portfolio Management tool)
– SharePoint Site
– Change Request process
– Issue & Risk  process
– Executive Reporting Support
§ HP PPM – Track/Analyze/Identify/Communicate
§ SharePoint
§ Support/Assist PM in the Change Request (CR) Process
§ Administer Issues & Risk Process
§ Executive Reporting Support

§ Tool/Skills Required –
– Excel – high level, Pivot Tables
– Outlook – medium level
– Word – medium level
– PowerPoint – medium/level
– HP PPM – medium level
– Budget/Financials – intermediate level

§ Qualifications/Behaviors required –
– Self-driven
– Go getter with a positive attitude
– Good time management
– Support/Customer Service attitude
– Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
– Ability to present and explain data
– Ability to raise red flags to Program and Project Managers
– 5 plus years of analysis or project coordination experience required
– Experience assisting IT Leaders in Fortune 500 organizations strongly preferred
– Ability to make follow-ups professionally at all levels of organization
– Understanding of project and resource data
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills – Assist in Creating & submitting Project Change Requests (PCRs) to Project Control
– Create & maintain Program/Project Organization Chart & Team Contact list
– Assist in Tracking  & Reporting on 3rd Party invoicing against budget
– Ensure methodology required documents are stored in appropriate Project Library
– Assist in creating Meeting Decks
– Coordinate meetings & team events
– Take project meeting minutes and assign action items
– Manage Project Calendar
– Other duties as assigned by Program or Project Manager
Total experience in required skill (years) 5+ years
