  • A/SA level resource with hands-on experience on IVR
  •          Hands on experience in Genesys - GVP (Genesys Voice Portal), genesys Framework
  •          Hands on experience in IVR coding - Javascript, VXML, dot net
  •          Hand on experience production support and minor enhancements
  •          Associate should have good experience in Incident management, problem management, handling critical customer calls, resolving abends (batch and non-batch).
  •          Knowledge of ITIL Service Lifecycle phases, framework, and best practices
  •          Hands on experience in tracking the KPI's and preparing Weekly/Monthly/Annual operations reports
  •          Domain exposure to Life & Annuities, Retirement plan services and Group products
·         Awareness of Service Now tool is desired
