Job Description: 
Key Notes: Need to have at least 2 + Yrs of exp in workday implementations, Must have worked with Integration tools like EIB/CCRB/WORKDAY STUDIO.
Workday Integrations Developer with experience in successful end-to-end medium to large implementations of Workday integrations. This individual has qualities to be part of a team of Integration developers and collaborate with the Lead and the project team. This person should be able to own one or more integrations to design develop and deliver.
Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements:
  • At least 1 certification in Workday Integrations is a must from the past
  • At least 1 full life cycle Workday implementation experience as an Implementer performing Integrations
  • At least 1 full life cycle Workday implementation experience as an in the capacity of supporting an Implementation is preferred
  • At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
  • General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
  • Good understanding of Workday security
  • Use of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred but not required
  • Ability to travel 50% or more
  • Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
Good to Have Skillsets:
  • Implementation/Support experience of non-Workday based HR systems like Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft will be an added advantage
  • Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage
  • Work with Integration Lead/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager
  • Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations
  • Partner with Client or/and with the Implementation project team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation
  • Gather requirements and prototype the integrations
  • Facilitate transfer of knowledge to the Client on the developed integrations
  • Participate as a project stakeholder on the Integrations delivery and ownership
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
  • Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support outside core work hours and able to be available to support or guide as and when necessary
