Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide weekly status reports to sales team and follow ups on work orders
  • Allocating purchase orders on shipments made
  • Monitoring shipments that have been scheduled for delivery
  • Coordinating deliveries with drivers and confirming shipments made
  • Updating inventory deliveries in company database
  • Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing purposes
  • Scheduling orders to be shipped out across the U.S.
  • Confirming and clarifying questions surrounding contract agreements
