JOB SUMMARY
•             Experience in UCCE framework, CVP, Cisco ICM, Cisco Call Studio
•             Experience with Nuance ASR and TTS
•             Experience with Cisco Finesse and gadget development 
•             Experience with CVP Java APIs, J2EE, JavaScript and JSON  
•             Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web Services, SOA, VXML
•             Typically has 8 years of programming/systems analysis, SME level experience and 5-7 years of relevant experience with emphasis in applications and systems engineering development, database and middleware technologies 
•             Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
 Job responsibilities            
Ability to coordinate with Business teams and identify potential enhancements to increase self-service IVR containment and decrease call center deflection rate
•             Ability to draft Roadmaps based on business requirements
•             Ability to code IVR applications solutions using Cisco Call Studio and ICM Microapps 
•             Integrate IVR flows with Nuance speech recognition utilizing external grammars
•             Work closely with telecom and IT architecture teams to design and document technical solutions 
•             Update technical specifications and other necessary technical documentation throughout the project's development life cycle 
•             Fully test all code being released prior to application certification testing. Assist in resolving code defects. 
•             Support business with answers to questions about IVR application logic 
•             Work with Application Certification team in designing proper test scripts, reviewing defects, and finding test data
SKILLS
Cisco UCCE framework knowledge, CVP IVR development, support and design skills.
