Job Description: 
PURPOSE: Working with new clients to create provider profile and completing enrollments for timely implementation. Managing on-going enrollment support for dedicated premier accounts. Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and vendors.
  1.  Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for client/vendor-specific processes.
2.  Managing assigned accounts effectively.
3.  Providing ongoing enrollment support and account management to assigned clients.
4.  Conducting department or associate training, as needed.
  Education:  High school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent. Associate’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management or an industry-related certification desirable.
  Experience:  Minimum of three years' EDI enrollment experience preferred. Health care industry knowledge.
  Technical Competencies:
  •          Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  •          Thorough knowledge of enrollment requirements for new and existing clients.
  •          Excellent problem solving skills.
  Behavioral Competencies:
  •          Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  •          Excellent organizational skills.
