Must Have Skills: Project Management, Agile Certified and Retail Domain experience in the stores
Desired Skills:
  • 4 years of retail project management experience; an operations background a plus.
  • Highly developed verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and willingness to take risks.
  • Proven skill in training and the ability to positively influence people to gain support.
  • Analytical aptitude including and reporting of key performance indicators; proficient Excel skills a plus.
  • Organizational skills, self-motivated and focused on meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
 Project Details:
 This is in our OMS/Omnichannel Practice with omnichannel transformation roadmap, holistic solution architecture, and solution delivery responsibilities for strategic retail customers.
Job Roles / Responsibilities:      
  • As a Project Manager, Retail Operations, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a variety of operations and store systems projects. Reporting to the Manager of Operations, you will work with business partners to advise on the store experience in new project design and assist in developing, delivering and implementing retail initiatives and operational handoffs for support tools. In addition, you will:
  • Work with cross-functional business partners across multiple projects to represent the stores employee and client experience.
  • Act as the store expert, serving as a thought leader for projects, driving change across the organization, building strong relationships with cross functional departments.
  • Support and liaison with departments, ensuring that all initiatives and pilots are focused on supporting improved business processes for stores, client experience and enhance productivity in stores.
  • Support cross functional partners to drive processes, align on priorities and deliver a comprehensive plan including milestones/timing of work to be done.
  • Work cross functionally to set and monitor key productivity indicator improvements, change management and communication programs per project for the stores.
  • Represent retail operations in cross functional meetings and ensure decisions support overall operating model and strategy.
  • Travel to Sephora stores as needed to check on project process and traction.

Position: Omni Retail PM

Project Details: Omni Channel implementation impacting stores and Ecom channels.
Job Roles / Responsibilities: 
  • Retail POS process understanding and improvements.
  • Store Operations process understanding and improvements.
  • Omni- Channel implementation – Functional understanding
  • Track, manage and publish Project status / budget on Monthly basis
  • Manage project vendors and contracts
  • Develop and coordinate the development of checkpoint documentation as required by the LS&Co. project Governance and Methodology process.
  • Present and coordinate the presentation of project checkpoints for stakeholder and leadership approvals.
  • Utilize the LS&Co project management tools (Clarity, SAP, SharePoint, MS Project, etc.)  to manage program and budget (plan and actuals) in line with LS&Co standards.
  • Provide work direction and leadership to assigned project teams, consisting of scheduling, assignment of work and review of project efforts.
  • Recommend staffing requirements assist with the formation of project teams (i.e. onboarding team members and providing information on project)
  • Develop and coordinate the development of detailed project plans and schedules using established LS&CO.’s standard.
  • Gather and coordinate metrics, and develop and implement changes (per standard approval processes) so that the project can remain within scope, and within time, cost and quality objectives.
  • Provide instructions to project resources on project management methods, tools or processes
  • Help to drive timely decisions by key stakeholders in the context of the assigned projects relative to scope, schedule, costs/benefits
  • Coordinate the gathering of multiple sources of project related data and input (technical, business functional, financial), then summarize and provide conclusions for LS&Co leadership to utilize for project based decisions and actions.
  • Develop and maintain a working relationship with project sponsors (business and IT), vendors and key clients
  • Interface and coordinate the interfacing with business leadership to understand and clarify business needs and strategies relative to assigned projects
  • Coordinate and work with project team to communicate project progress, performance and results LS&Co leadership
  • Collaborate with LS&Co. and 3rd Party project team to plan and drive execution (on-time, budget, scope)
  • Collaborate with project team to identify potential project risks and assist with the development of preventive plans
