Location: San Jose, CA

Type of hire: Contract

Responsibilities:
·         Update & Maintain internal knowledge base to serve our customer facing vendor teams.
·         Assist with content development and launches
·         Collaborate with Training, quality assurance, and product support managers
·         Build and maintain shared knowledge base and improve the quality of email communication templates in supported languages (English)
·         Respond to agent’s feedback and close the loop of communication to promote healthy feedback culture for ongoing improvement
·         Ensure agent troubleshooting tools have accurate, current and consistent content.
·         Able to manage projects across various sites/languages/products


Background:
·         BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
·         2-5 years of professional working experience, ideally in a writing capacity
·         Working knowledge of HTML
·         Experience in technical online documentation
·         Extraordinary attention to detail
·         Experience in technical support or customer service is a huge plus
·         Experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or information database
·         Working knowledge of Google Docs is a plus
·         Experience working in a global team is a plus‎
