Primary responsibilities will include:
 
  • Configuration, deployment and maintenance of Corporate Android Smartphone and Tablets
  • Maintenance of Konica Minolta and other printers
  • Assisting with Video conferencing via Skype for Business and Webex
  • Identifying, researching and troubleshooting IT issues
  • Implementing new technologies and providing resources to complete IT projects as needed
  • Producing and performing end user training on applications and services as required
  • Documenting processes/procedures for IT staff
  • Answering end users’ questions about systems and applications
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service for the US users
  • Assisting with IT support and project work in the International offices at times
Requirements for Position:
 
  • A strong desire to develop understanding of the corporate network and develop your IT skillset
  • Excellent computer troubleshooting skills with the ability to effectively diagnose, research and implement solutions to IT problems
  • Extremely hands-on with good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2010
  • Familiar with network troubleshooting including diagnosing end user connection issues, adding printers, etc.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to take responsibility, think analytically, and work within a team environment
  • Self-starter who possesses strong attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasker who can meet deadlines while working under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, yet is comfortable asking questions
Skills Desired:
  • Bachelor of Information Technology or related field
  • Any Microsoft certifications an advantage
  • Exposure to and knowledge of Windows Server 2008R2
  • Experience in Active Directory administration (creating/disabling accounts, etc.)
