• BA or BS required (Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or related field a plus)
• 1-2 years' experience in marketing  in a dynamic, fast-paced environment required
• 1-2 years hands-on experience in assisting with social media marketing campaigns, with a proven track record required
• Web analytics/social listening knowledge 
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, writing, project management, presentation, cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills are critical
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to quickly write thoughtful/on brand posts tailored to the medium
• Keen understanding of our customer and brands
• Proactive; problem solver
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel
