Roles & responsibilities:
1)     Liaise between customer & offshore team for day to day operations
2)     Guide the offshore team based on the inputs received by the customer
3)     Work with the customer/onshore team for any queries related to the Process knowledge offshore team might have
4)     Be available for weekly/monthly operations meetings
5)     Facilitate brown bag session with L2 teams as required
6)     Acquire the business contextual knowledge and pass on to the offshore teams
7)     Ensure the KM is updated with the help of the level 2 and level 3 teams
Qualifications:
1)     Good understanding of Helpdesk operations
2)     Exposure to work in an onshore/offshore model
3)     Good verbal/written communications skills
4)     ITIL trainer/Certified
Duration:
6 months (could get extended based on client preference and budgets)
