Position Type: Full Time
 
Responsibilities:
 
·         3-4+ years of management (preferably General Mgr/Asst. Gen Mgr) experience in the restaurant industry (ideally Red Robins/Texas Roadhouse/Panera).
·         Experience managing staff of 20-30 people.
·         "Front of House" experience.
·         Willing/experienced with being a "hands on" manager and part of the team, not just administrative/back office focused
·         Inventory experience
·         Invoicing/checkbooking experience
·         Payroll experience (moving to Workday)
·         Recruiting for restaurant staff (interviews/hiring, etc.) HQ does job postings, etc.
·         Understanding of food & safety policies
·         Strong leadership skills
·         Management coaching of staff - can articulate their different management styles
·         Catering experience is a plus!
 
Certs/Education:
·         General Manager Certificate (if they don't have it, will need to get certified thru Specialty's)
·         Must be able to pass an 8 week Specialty's training course
·         Can pass a background check
