  • You will work with our Market support team and Verification SME to further this initiative as well as communicate trends that you're seeing that will help improve our product.
  • Ensure that we're maintaining a high-quality support and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • Ability to learn new products concept and eagerness to explore new technology
  • Front facing customer service experience in any industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
