Looking for a Team Lead to start ASAP.
  • The person must have had previous experience leading young teams; previous working experience any IT type support center would be a major plus.
  • Team lead must be hands on and be able to mentor and manage people on a day to day basis.
  • Strong Operations experience in a call center or customer service support center environment experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Ideally someone who has had 2 years of Team Lead experience and a total of 5-7 years of client support experience.
