Job Description

  • Determines quality standards by studying calls and presentations; conducting test calls to service representatives.
  • Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to management team and feedback to reps.
  • Performs daily documentation audits to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.
  • Verifies results by measuring a variety of representatives’ skills.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of service representatives; providing quality ratings.
  • Works with training team to identify gaps to develop training programs.
  • Participates in listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
  • Directs initiatives by requiring adherence to QA policies and procedures; implementing changes                         

Qualifications and Skills
  • Two years of call center customer care experience, preferably in an inbound/outbound call center setting, with a strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Healthcare experience is a must 
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise with PC hardware and software (Word and Excel).
  • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Internet technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
