Provide tier 3 and tier 2 helpdesk support, responding to escalated user-submitted support requests 



• Manage, maintain and administer: 


o 100+ Microsoft Windows Servers and associated applications 

o Microsoft Windows Active Directory 

o Microsoft Windows Servers (2003, 2008, 2012) 

o Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 

o Hyper-V 

o MS SQL Server 

o Linux Servers (Redhat, CentOS, Ubuntu) 

• Support and improve production servers, applications, backups and services 

• Automate processes that enable desktop deployments and system infrastructure 

• Maintain Distributed File System Replication (DFSR) across multiple remote sites 

• Document end user procedures and policies; provide end user training materials; cross train others as needed 

• Write scripts to streamline tasks (VBscript, Batch, PowerShell, etc.)
