Key responsibilities:
  • Assisting policy owners on incoming calls pertaining to retirement plans and forms needed for 401-K plans. 
  • A Customer Contact Center Representative is expected to build rapport and develop relationships with internal and external partners
  • Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting and assisting the customer signing in their website.
Required skills:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Contact Center experience preferable.
  • Web sites management and navigation
  • PC and keyboarding skills
  • Strong background in verbal communication
  • Strong background in written communication
