Job Description
 
 Need someone who can Coach team for adoption of Agile practices
 
Must Have Skills:
  • Project Management & SDLC
  • Experience in Agile projects and playing Scrum Master
  • Sprint planning, review and retrospective events
  • Coach team for adoption of Agile practices
  • Resource planning and task allocation with the consultation of a technical lead according to skill matrix.
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication Skill
  • Ability to negotiate with client.
 
Job Roles / Responsibilities:     
  • Experience in Agile projects and playing Scrum Master
  • Sprint planning, review and retrospective events
  • Coach team for adoption of Agile practices
  • Facilitate daily scrums
  • Responsible to make sure that team is fully functional, and every team member has tools to get their work done efficiently.
  • Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions namely, Tech Lead, Business Analysts & QC with developers
  • Set project modules and priorities with the consultation of Project manager and technical lead.
  • Resource planning and task allocation with the consultation of a technical lead according to skill matrix.
  • Control Development throughout SDLC as per sprint schedule.
  • Effectively communicate challenges and project progress and remove barriers.
  • Strike a balance between focusing on project deliveries and implementing Agile best practices.
  • Facilitate team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team and shield team from external interfaces.
  • Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
  • Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
  • Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
  • Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in the appropriate shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
  • Responsible to Conduct retrospective meetings.
  • highlighting project risks, including the monitoring of contingency plans
  • liaison with program management and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
  • monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary with the seniors
  • reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments
