Must Have Skills:
- Deep SFDC experience able to think through for solutions of concepts
- Ability to map out to process flows and objects in SFDC
- Needs to be experienced with ETL, data validation, work flows and integration from multiple external systems
- Has to have the ability to produce complex technical documentation for mapping objects, processes, and external procedures
- Support other Technical project resources related to application development
- Strong client-facing communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer Certifications
- Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica and Cast Iron
- Team Player
- Strong analytical skills with ability to learn quickly
- Salesforce.com development experience
- Force.com platform experience
- 8+ years total experience in software development and/or programming design and development; 4+ years of Salesforce.com/Force.com experience
