Sr. SAP Hybris Marketing / SAP CRM
Location: Trevose, Philadelphia

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•        Responsible for management of the corresponding business work stream:  Hybris Marketing 
•        Facilitate business process review and Configuration session(s)
•        Preparation of workbook and functional specification document
•        Responsible for the work stream timeline
•        Responsible for keeping track of all issues and coordinating issue resolution
•        Assist with resolution of issues during System Testing and User Acceptance Testing
•        Responsible to report  work stream status on regular basis to Onsite PM
•        Experience in campaign management & analytics via SAP systems preferably Hybris Marketing or CRM
•        Chair the daily offshore call with offshore team

Skillsets required

•        Must have 10+ experience in SAP Hybris Marketing or CRM
•        Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
•        Working well with business stakeholders and help to define requirements and set technical direction
•        Communicate effectively with associates at all levels to positively influence all stake holders and technology decision makers
•        Skill to translate business needs into technology solutions
