• Excellent Knowledge in Quality center usage for Requirement tracking, test planning , test execution and defect tracking
• Good in communication and customer coordination
• Knowledgeable in Validation testing area
•     Planning, defining, executing, and analyzing high-level performance testing strategies and solutions through business, functional and technical expertise.
•     Leading team in implementing all actions required for application test automation.
•     Develop Test Plan and Test Data Strategy.
•     Supervising the design and implementation of testing scripts
•     Coordinating with multiple test teams within project team
•     Coordinating with offshore on a daily basis
•     Excellent customer interaction skills
•     Define Strategy for Automation and Performance Testing
•     SAP  Domain knowledge with experience in the following SAP R/3 Modules
•    ECC
o    Financials and Controlling (FI-CO)
o    SD
o    MM
•    IS-Retail (Inventory management in DC & Stores)
•    SRM

Must have Skills:
•     Experience in developing project plans
•    Experience in developing / implementing test strategies including all test types and experience in legacy interfacing & co-existence
•    Experience with SAP ASAP or similar project methodologies
•     Experience in managing projects with SAP Performance Testing and Automation.
•     Demonstrated skills in the following testing tool Sets: HP Suite (Quality Center, QTP, TAO, Solman Performance Center and/or Load Runner).
