Ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of SAP CRM design and configuration experience. Must have hands on experience with CRM CIC & Service with extensive experience in analyzing modifications around WebUI and writing detailed specs for ABAP/BSP Team. Must have good comfort around technical understanding in WebUI/BSP space. Additional experience with implementing CRM Marketing, ISA, CRM Analytics and other modules in CRM2007 6.0/7.0 will be a plus. Must have experience integrating with ECC Sales/Middleware/ CRM. Understanding of SAP OTC life cycle is needed. This is a functional role, and code writing is not required. However, Individual must have a good understanding of technical components (ABAP/BSP, Java) to write detailed techo-functional requests for development team. Should be able to debug and find areas/module to understand requirements for UI customization. Excellent relationship and networking skills would be required to help build relationships within the team, across other IT teams and with Business groups.
