High level Skill Set:

Experience in SAP HR module (Knowledgeable in all sub modules - Payroll, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits)

Exp in Quality Center usage and testing processes & methodologies
Knowledgeable in Legacy interfaces

Detailed Skill Set:

*. One or two full life cycle implementation experience on SAP HR.

*. SAP HR global implementation experience is a plus.

*. Hands on experience needed on OM and PA modules.

*. Strong co-ordination skills between technical and functional team

*. Knowledge is ESS, MSS and Workflow

*. Knowledge in Process & Forms would be added advantage

*. Good understanding of testing methodologies.
