L3 Desktop Support Specialist

Position Type: 11+ Months
Location: Princeton – IN (Onsite)
Job Description
• They are looking for someone with Cisco Network experience and Cisco wireless experience. They are quite specific about this.
• Cisco Network Exp, Troubleshooting, configuration.
• They want someone with level 3 exp, right now profiles they are getting is level 2.
• Its not a network engineer role but they want someone who can log in switches, work with regional support team.
• CCNA will be a plus.
• Candidate must know how do switch configuration, manipulate switches. Thats what they will do basically
• This will be contract to perm role probably by end of the year but cannot assure the timing.
• There are two positions. Selected candidates will go under 6 weeks of internal training and depending on that client will decide the shift timings.
• Shift can be a day shift, a mid shift or a night shift. Applied candidate should be comfortable with this.
• Rate- Right now, they have said to look within the given rates meanwhile they are checking if there is room for few more dollars.
