Job Title: Desktop Support Tech
Location: San Diego, CA
Project Duration: 12 months
BGV must be completing prior to start
Vaccination Required

 
  • Mandatory Skills:

1. Desk Side Support
2. Data Transfer between laptops knowledge
3. MAC OS troubleshooting and standard desktop support

Job Summary:
  • Experience in field service Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC) Break-Fix and end user support activities as required. Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).
  • MAC OS Desktop troubleshooting
  • Standard Desk Side Support Tech role in Enterprise environment of Life sciences or Healthcare Client
  • Data Transfer knowledge between Laptops.
  • Complete special projects as requested by Customer.
  • Provides technical training to more junior employees.
  • Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery. Where required, provide support for the Manufacturing handhelds, laptops and scan
Required Technical Skills: 
Field Services Domain Skills- MAC OS knowledge, Data transfer knowledge
Years of Experience: 9 Years of Experience
