1 Lead Leval and 3-4 Team Members

Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience for Lead and 6 years for team members

· 2 full lifecycle SAP HR project implementation experience

· Expert Knowledge of SAP HR Suite including:

· OM

· PA

· LSO (Learning Solution)

· ECM (Enterprise Compensation Management)

· Performance Management

· Talent Management

· Expert knowledge in the configuration and integration of HR Module, Integration of SAP HR modules with other modules of SAP and non-SAP systems

· Well versed with SAP ASAP methodology

· Understanding of SAP technologies at a high level e.g. ABAP, Infotypes, ALE, EDI, BAPIs, IDocs, Smartforms, Workflow

· Experience with onsite/offshore model or big-5 background will be a plus
