Required Skills:
Ability to capture requirements from Business meetings and Translating business requirements into technical specifications
Should have experience in Fusion Middleware technologies and Integration tools with other ERP systems.
Must have working experience with File Base Loader, HCM Extract and HCM connect
Must demonstrate excellent experience working creating OTBI reporting and ability to write new Fast formulas and Extensions.
Sound knowledge on Cloud deployment (public / private)
Min 8+ years of experience as Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with at least 1 HCM Cloud project experience.
 
Desired Oracle Cloud Skills in one or more areas:
Good Functional knowledge in one or more HCM modules
