Job Description
· Provide expertise regarding Functional design and integration with other SAP modules (FM, FICO, MM, SD, RE, PS etc.)
· Work with team members and client counterparts to drive development of the to-be processes/design for Plant Maintenance
· Manage team to ensure deliverables during each phase are completed on-time and of high quality
· Develop configuration documentation and functional designs for custom objects
Includes process flows and data mapping
· Coordinate with Human Performance and Development Teams to support Training and Custom Development respectively
· Ensure functional deliverables/documentation meet the project standards and are appropriately loaded onto workbench (requirements traceability, document management, and project status toolset)
· Develop and participate in testing activities
Requirements
· 5+ years SAP implementation experience - Must have completed at least two to three full SAP FICO implementation cycle
· Extensive Hands-on configuration in general ledger, asset management, controlling, COPA, parallel ledger, document split, PCA (profit center accounting) and product cost accounting (make to order, make to stock, revenue recognition and POC - Percentage of Completion).
· Strong problem solving & analysis skills. Also deep understanding of SAP package solution implementation tools
· Demonstrated capability to analyze business processes, functional and technical requirements.
Cross functional experience with PS (Project System), SD (Sales and Distribution) and PP (Production Planning) would be advantageous.
· Experience in using LSMW for data migration is a plus.
· Exposure to SAP Workflow and IDoc setup and troubleshooting also an advantage.
