Job Description


Facilities experience is a plus, Facilities Coordinator experience is a huge plus.

1)Assist with maintaining documentation of reporting and logistics compliance related materials.
2) Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of facilities related supplies and distribution of supplies.
3) Assist with reporting and follow-up to completion of building related issues and request to building management.
4) Perform daily visual facilities checks.
5) Assist with vendor scheduling of facilities related preventative maintenance services and repair requests.
6) Assist with ensuring reception/security desk compliance and operations.
7) Assist with photo ID badging credentialing and creation.
8) Assist with coordinating inter-office moves and seating changes.
9) Support site facilities operations

10) Other duties as requested/needed.
