Job Summary:

Position : Financial Analyst - Healthcare Domain
Location : REMOTE 
Duration : 12+ Months contract 


  Job Description: 
• Create Purchase Orders as needed by Product Teams
• Perform receipt analysis to ensure accuracy and receive invoice
• Prepare financial forecasts and update actuals for accuracy in financial reviews
• Prepare leasing schedules and confirm setup in asset management tool according to lifecycle  processes
• Submit Sourcing requests for supplier updates and setup as needed
• Support validation of suppliers
• Identify optimization opportunities or prepare documentation as needed
• Prepare reports and provide regular status updates to IT teams
• Other IT Financial Management tasks as needed

The tools leveraged will be:
- Oracle Procurement for PO creation
- GetServices
- iSupplier
- SOAR (sourcing tool)
- Leasing Tool (TBD – currently Excel)
- ServiceNow
- Microsoft Excel
