Healthcare Data Analyst
Location: Remote/ Work from Home

Job Description:

• Support multiple initiatives, platform consolidation support, mkt place is growing – 2022 to 2023.
• Long term  
• Skill sets to support coordination on platform initiatives
• Great communication skills to facilitate meetings
• Gather metrics from different parts of the organization – follow up and communicate while handling interactions
• Attention to Detail
• Report consolidation
• Validation of metrics
• Flexibility to move around work as the BA/PM will be moving to support from 1 state to another.
• Driven to get results on a timely manner and bringing teams together and holding internal meetings
• Strong Microsoft skills - PPT and Excel
• LOBs supported – all (Medicare, ACA, Medicaid and Commercial)
• 85% Analytical and 15% PM
• Membership knowledge – good to have but not preferred
