Title : Desktop Support with O365
Location : Santa Clara, CA
• Candidate needs to be onsite Day 1 and should be coming onsite for work every day (Mon-Fri).
• Candidate should be fully vaccinated.
• Experience in providing Deskside Support for end users
• Should have experience in providing White Glove Support for VIP users.
• Experience in supporting O365 suites and basic administration
• Experience in supporting Microsoft teams and basic administration

Experience in supporting O365 suites and administration Experience in supporting Microsoft teams and basic administration · Manage Tier 1/2/3 support tickets and following proper escalation paths · Provide onsite and remote support for Windows, Mac OSX, iOS, and Android platforms · Provide onsite and remote support for commonly used Windows, Mac, and phone software · Provide networking (WAN/LAN, Wi-Fi) and remote Access (VPN) support · Conference room and collaboration infrastructure support (WebEx) · Rack, network, power, and support for servers, switches, APs, UPS units and other equipment · Support printers and work with local printer vendors · Help manage office build out projects for IT equipment deployment, setup, and installation · Work with vendors for electrical and low voltage cabling work · Work as part of a project team to provide technical support and/or guidance · Continuously look for opportunities for improvement by investigating new technologies and methodologies · Procure and maintain IT inventory and supplies · Document processes and procedures · Periodic support visits to other field offices What we need to see: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information systems or related field · Solid Windows 7/8/10, Office 2010-2016, Office 365, Android, and Mac experience. · 4+ years of administration and support of Enterprise Windows environments, analyzing, troubleshooting, resolving issues with Windows computing, application, hardware and networking issues · Knowledgeable about audio/video setups and current technologies · Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to improve · Ability to work independently and with others to support local, regional, and global teams · Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment · Work additional hours and travel to alternate field office sites if needed Ways to stand out from the crowd: · Ability to assess, adapt, and overcome new challenges · Highly motivated, organized, self-starter with experience in a large corporate environment · Experience with Google Apps, security and anti-virus software (Ex. DUO, PGP, Bitlocker) · Ubuntu and Whitebox Linux OS support experience · Core infrastructure experience (Ex. DNS, DHCP, AD, VPN, VM, VDI) · Systems management software (Ex. SCCM) · Database skills (SQL etc.) · PowerShell or other scripting and automation skills
