Desktop Support

  • Hands on experience supporting Windows 7 desktop/laptop PCs
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs
  • Experience installing software, patches, and updates on Desktops orLaptops
  • Experience troubleshooting basic network connectivity, software applications, printing problems
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication (written & oral) skills
  • Experience with Remedy ITSM preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft products, including, but not limited to, SCCM, Office, Project, Internet Explorer and Visio
Skills: windows 10, windows 7, hardware/software, hardware installation, hardware troubleshooting, sccm, active directory, network connectivity, network troubleshooting, servicenow
Additional Skills & Qualifications: Troubleshooting Network Connectivity related to: -TCP/IP -DNS -DHCP -LAN/WAN -VPN SCCM Deployment experience - Encrypting or Unencrypting computers as they are being deployed Web Browser troubleshooting - Internet Explorer -Google Chrome
